Early Spring is very much a time to see young baby birds flying around .

We in Balerno & other Pesticide free communities can be reassured in the knowledge that these baby birds are being born into a Pesticide Free environment

With their investigative natures baby birds are bound to wander onto our streets and pavements where councils normally would use pesticides to treat the weeds Birds are vulnerable to pesticides and are unable to tell if they have been applied .

Simple changes like weeding without chemicals can make the world of a difference to small birds .

By giving them support and a welcoming environment we protect the next generation of wildlife !
