PFB asked CEC some basic questions via FOI. We hoped the answers to these questions may help us understand why a more suitable method of safe alternatives to remove the weeds is never chosen …
Unfortunately many questions always remained unanswered
The case was passed onto the Information Commissioner to investigate
It has now been confirmed (by the non biased third party) Information Commissioner that
CEC failed to provide us with adequate information
CEC have been given deadline end of July to make it right
In the meantime…
